'The Big Three' (Major News Sites)
• The Descent Chronicles - The largest and most popular site, our hosts, and features the largest Descent 3, Freespace 2, and Freespace 1 mission archives on the internet.
• Planet Freespace - Also very popular, features a great looking site and some very interesting projects. Notice - watch out for WildWolf, he bites.
• Ross 128 - Despite it's troubled history, it has just recently gained it's spot back in 'The Big Three!'

Semi-Big FS Sites
• Ground Freespace - Used to be one of 'The Big Three.' It's hard to say what their future is looking like.
• GTXD Excalibur - Largest organization of squadrons. Features a pilots and missions guild.
• GTD Legion - a somewhat new squadron organization. Great looking site managed by Payne.

MOD Sites
• Restricted Access - Great modifications site. Has people who can work some wonders with the game.
• Team Darkness - Another modifications site. They're hosted by Planet Freespace.
• The Babylon Project - A Total Conversion for Freespace 2.
